  日立氨基酸分析儀在國內(nèi)使用較為普遍各項要求，現(xiàn)國內(nèi)使用的型號主要有835型更高要求，L-8500型，L-8500A型新技術，L-8800型共同學習，L-8900型等，日立本身并不生產(chǎn)試劑服務為一體，其儀器的配套都是由日本的兩家大型化學(xué)試劑生產(chǎn)商為其配套生產(chǎn)問題。常用配套試劑包括4部分：

1. 緩沖液

2. 再生液

3. 顯色液

4.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液

  日立前期推出的氨基酸分析儀包括835型逐漸顯現，L-8500型，L-8500A型系統穩定性，L-8800型等配套試劑都有分PH和PF系列拓展基地，兩者適用于不同的樣本：

1、PH系列：蛋白質(zhì)水解產(chǎn)物分析

2實力增強、PF系列：生物液體分析

L-8900型可以使用L-8500型的配套試劑體系流動性，但是如果希望具有高吞吐能力，則需要使用L-8900型的配套試劑L-8900型PFS系列。

PFS系列：生物液體分析，相比PF具有高吞吐能力

  所以日立的氨基酸分休儀配套試劑就分為835型PH系列稍有不慎、835型PF系列喜愛、L-8500型PH系列、L-8500型PF系列、L-8900型PFS系列。
