結(jié)構(gòu)組成
ICS17系列皮帶秤主要由以下幾部分組成：17型杠桿式稱重橋架發力、60-12C型測速傳感器、稱重傳感器迎來新的篇章、XK2001型積算器共創美好。
工作原理
稱重橋架中的稱重傳感器檢測皮帶上物料重量，送入積算器薄弱點；測速傳感器檢測皮帶速度覆蓋範圍，將速度信息送入積算器。積算器把接收到的速度信號及重量信號進行處理積極性，得到物料的累計量及瞬時流量奮勇向前。
17A型稱重秤架
17A型稱重橋架在杠桿上裝有四組或二組托輥，采用雙稱重傳感器支承實施體系，外側(cè)支承采用無磨擦耳軸支點組建，這種封閉裝置可以防震、防潮效果較好、防腐及防止物料堆積重要的意義，因而在惡劣的環(huán)境中不發(fā)生使用刀口裝置和軸承裝置帶來的問題持續。
稱重橋架的主梁采用矩型鋼管，這使整個稱重橋架具有足夠高的鋼性性能、較小的自重初步建立，外表積灰面積達到。為了保證整個系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性供給，高精度電阻應(yīng)變片式傳感器安裝于受拉部位的方法，以減少非線性誤差。
稱重橋架可以直接裝在各種不同寬度的皮帶輸送機架內(nèi)進行探討，位于上下皮帶之間落到實處，不占用空間高度。它是一個已在工廠組裝好的整體最新，可以迅速方便地安裝和校準

The Ramsey Series 17 Belt Scale System combines the time-proven reliability of the Ramsey 10-17 Weighbridge and the Ramsey 60-12 Belt Speed Sensor with the power and versatility of the advanced electronics in the Ramsey Micro-Tech 2000 and Ramsey Micro-Tech 3000 series of electronic integrators.The long weighbridge design of the Ramsey Series 17 allows this model to be offered as a highly accurate 0.25% scale system. The longer weighbridge permits more scale-borne time, which minimizes alignment errors. This translates into better accuracy.
This belt scale system is available in two or four idler versions.
