FXJ-I方向機試驗臺助力泵
該方向機助力泵試驗臺是根據(jù)汽車動力轉向器（俗稱液壓方向機）專用標準《QC/T306-1999汽車動力轉向控制閥總成臺架試驗方法》及《QC/T529-2000汽車動力轉向器總成臺架試驗方法》設計要求等相關標準快速增長。并依據(jù)動力轉向器和轉向助力泵所出現(xiàn)的故障而設計的，集動力轉向器及轉向助力泵維修奮勇向前、檢測為一體的動力轉向器綜合性能檢測臺不斷豐富。該檢測設備操作簡單、維護方便組建、檢測精度高各有優勢。經(jīng)本檢測臺檢測的動力轉向器和轉向助力泵合格率達到。
該方向機助力泵試驗臺采用油壓系統(tǒng)重要的意義，主機變頻調(diào)速持續，轉速任意預置，數(shù)字表顯示再獲，試驗油恒溫控制產品和服務。
主要檢測方向機助力的對稱度，左右扭矩體驗區，內(nèi)漏增多，轉向，單邊沉重有望。轉向助力泵的工作壓力進一步推進，流量導向作用，密封性及相關閥的密封性等各種液壓轉向系統(tǒng)故障。采用液壓泵隨時可以調(diào)節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的工作狀況檢測元器件的各種參數(shù)應用的選擇。特別適應載重車輛液壓轉向及工作性能的檢測和試驗十大行動。該機采用變頻調(diào)速控制轉速 數(shù)字電子儀表顯示油溫轉速等工況，壓力儀表顯示轉矩背景下、工作壓力等各種參數(shù)綜合措施。
