ST-2型磨拋機(jī)是一種高效試樣制樣設(shè)備，主要適用于金相試樣和巖相試樣的研磨高效流通、磨光和拋光調解製度，供在顯微鏡下觀察與測(cè)定試樣的顯微組織精準調控。

本機(jī)備有帶旋塞的噴水管和排水管裝置，可進(jìn)行濕磨應用的因素之一。并可配上PD-1型試樣推移器進(jìn)行半自動(dòng)磨拋?zhàn)鳂I(yè)機遇與挑戰。

ST-2型磨拋機(jī)是一種高效試樣制樣設(shè)備，主要適用于金相試樣和巖相試樣的研磨善於監督、磨光和拋光集成技術，供在顯微鏡下觀察與測(cè)定試樣的顯微組織。

本機(jī)備有帶旋塞的噴水管和排水管裝置進一步，可進(jìn)行濕磨大部分。并可配上PD-1型試樣推移器進(jìn)行半自動(dòng)磨拋?zhàn)鳂I(yè)。

結(jié)構(gòu)特征概述

磨拋機(jī)是以一臺(tái)交流雙速電動(dòng)機(jī)通過三角皮帶傳動(dòng)以獲得所需要的二重不同轉(zhuǎn)速實際需求。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)解決方案，噪音低。

整機(jī)由機(jī)殼善謀新篇、底座增產、機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置、拋光盤方法、拋光罩行動力、操作面板以及進(jìn)排水裝置等基本部件所組成。

拋光織物通過O型橡膠圈牢固在拋光盤上切實把製度，或采用帶有自粘性拋光織物粘貼在拋光盤上保供。通過選擇開關(guān)接通電源，使得跑光盤轉(zhuǎn)速符合工作的需要進行部署，便可用手對(duì)試樣施加壓力責任，在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的拋光盤上進(jìn)行拋光。

本機(jī)還可配上PD-1型試樣推移器進(jìn)行半自動(dòng)磨拋保護好。

在停止使用時(shí)對(duì)為防止灰塵及其他雜物落在拋光織物上而影響使用效果組建，所以本機(jī)備有罩及蓋。

Brief Description

The grind-polisher is driven by a dual speed AC motor through V belt to obtain the required two different speed . The machine rotaes smoothly with noise.

The machine is composed of housing, base mechanical trans mission device, polishing disk, polishing cover, operating panel as well as inlet and drainage device.

The polishing cloth is fastened to the polishing disk through “O” rubber ring or by self-adhesive polishing cloth adhered to the polishing disk., Swith on power supply through selector switch to obtain the required speed of the polishing disk. Then apply pressure to the specimen by hand and perform polishing on the rotating polishing disk.

The machine can be operated with PD-1 Push-Shifter for semi-automatic operation.

The machine is provided with cover and lid to prevent dust and other imputrities form falling on the polishing cloth to impair the operation effect when machine is not in use.

This machine equipped with sprinkler and drain piper for wet grinding.

This machine can be used with PD-1 Push-shifter for semiautomatic operation of grinding and polishing.
