熒光滲透檢測(cè)一般用于非磁性材料搖籃、鋁合金技術、不銹鋼葉輪、葉片等非多孔型材料和零件的熒光滲透檢查深入，包括加工缺陷和使用中產(chǎn)生的缺陷技術研究，適用于航空、航天和汽車(chē)零部件等項(xiàng)目的檢測(cè)開展研究。該設(shè)計(jì)和制造必須滿足HB/Z61-98姿勢、EN571、GJB2367A-2003等工藝規(guī)范要求首要任務。

熒光滲透檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要由自乳化滲透槽綠色化、滴落槽、溫水清洗槽發展、噴淋清洗及補(bǔ)充清洗槽保持穩定、熱風(fēng)烘干槽、顯像槽面向，等多個(gè)槽體及提供熱水的熱水槽動力、檢測(cè)暗室、等組成互動式宣講；配套及輔助設(shè)施由電氣控制系統(tǒng)效高性、氣動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)自動化、加熱及管路系統(tǒng)提升、工業(yè)水管路系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備組成。
