產(chǎn)品概述： 紫外光老化試驗箱主要用于模擬對紫外線輻射陽光、潮濕和溫度對材料的破壞作用趨勢；材料老化包括褪色有力扭轉、失光、強度降低一站式服務、開裂廣度和深度、剝落、粉化和氧化等引領作用。試樣在模擬的環(huán)境中試驗幾天或幾周的時間加強宣傳，可再現(xiàn)戶外可能幾個月或幾年發(fā)生的損壞。

紫外光老化試驗箱主要用于模擬對紫外線輻射陽光、潮濕和溫度對材料的破壞作用；材料老化包括褪色擴大公共數據、失光、強度降低自主研發、開裂、剝落更加廣闊、粉化和氧化等損耗。紫外線老化試驗儀通過模擬陽光、冷凝非常完善、模仿自然潮濕性能穩定，試樣在模擬的環(huán)境中試驗幾天或幾周的時間，可再現(xiàn)戶外可能幾個月或幾年發(fā)生的損壞緊密協作。

UV紫外燈老化測試箱中越來越重要，紫外燈的熒光紫外等可以再現(xiàn)陽光的影響，冷凝和水噴淋系統(tǒng)可以再現(xiàn)雨水和露水的影響發揮重要作用。整個的測試循環(huán)中醒悟，溫度都是可控的。典型的測試循環(huán)通常是高溫下的紫外光照射和相對濕度在100％的黑暗潮濕冷凝周期高質量；典型應(yīng)用在油漆涂料也逐步提升、汽車工業(yè)、塑膠制品註入了新的力量、橡膠重要的作用、木制品、膠水等去創新。   

模擬陽光

陽光中的紫外線是造成大多數(shù)材料耐久性能破壞的主要因素足夠的實力。我們使用紫外燈來模擬陽光中的短波紫外部分，它產(chǎn)生很少的可見光或紅外光譜能量結構。我們可以根據(jù)不同的測試要求選擇不同波長的UV紫外燈更適合，因為每種燈在總的紫外線輻照能量和波長都不一樣。通常溝通協調，UV燈管可分為UVA和UVB兩種要素配置改革。      
紫外光老化試驗箱QUV燈管：

 UVA-340燈管：UVA-340 燈管可地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光，即從365 納米到太陽光截止點295 納米的波長范圍保障性。     
   UVB-313燈管：UVB-313燈管發(fā)出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽紫外線強烈帶動產業發展，從而可以的加速材料老化。然而十分落實，該燈管可能會對某些材料造成不符合實際的破壞倍增效應。UVB-313燈管主要用于質(zhì)量控制和研究開發(fā)，或?qū)δ秃蛐缘牟牧线\行測試創造性。   
  UVA-351燈管：模擬透過窗玻璃的陽光紫外光發展的關鍵，它對于測試室內(nèi)材料的老化有效。   

 
潮濕冷凝環(huán)境      
   在很多戶外環(huán)境中規模設備，材料每天的潮濕時間可長達(dá)12小時真諦所在。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水，而不是雨水競爭力。QUV通過的冷凝功能來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕充分。在試驗過程中的冷凝循環(huán)中，測試室底部蓄水池中的水被加熱以產(chǎn)生熱蒸氣集聚，并充滿整個測試室競爭力，熱蒸汽使測試室內(nèi)的相對濕度維持在100％，并保持一個相對高溫狀況。試樣被固定在測試室的側(cè)壁機製性梗阻，從而試樣的測試面曝露在測試室內(nèi)的環(huán)境空氣中機製。

UV老化溫濕度控制器：KW-901型科文自主研發(fā)可程式微電腦溫度控制器：7英寸中英文真彩觸摸屏式人機界面（畫面對談式）電腦控制，USB曲線記錄集成應用，數(shù)據(jù)儲存裝置探討。大屏幕逼真彩色畫面：TFT、LCD(LED 背光)7英寸TFT真彩VGA(800x480)高效流通，人機對話式觸摸屏輸入系統(tǒng)調解製度，操作簡單易學(xué)，功能強大功能，并可于LCD畫面上了解程序設(shè)定之曲線及監(jiān)測過程應用的因素之一；提供USB通訊接口可備份/歷史曲線/歷史數(shù)據(jù)。

試驗條件：
1．試驗樣品固定裝置于試驗架上特點，面對熒光燈當(dāng)試樣未將樣品架填滿時，則需用黑板將樣品架填滿結論，保持試驗箱內(nèi)壁封閉和諧共生。
2．試驗溫度質生產力。光照時可采用50、60技術交流、70℃三種溫度處理，優(yōu)先推薦采用60℃；冷凝階段的溫度為50℃在此基礎上，溫度的容差均勻度為±3℃。
4．光照各冷凝的周期可選擇4H光照前來體驗、4H冷凝或8H光照自主研發、4H冷凝兩種循環(huán)。
在次光照400～450H后更加廣闊，每排燈管需更換一支熒光燈損耗，其它燈管按照燈循環(huán)和替換方式來補償燈管老化造成的損失。這樣的運行模式確保每支燈管的使用壽命在1600～1800H非常完善。
5．在更換燈管時性能穩定，應(yīng)擦干盛水盤和進(jìn)行清潔，避免形成水垢作用。
