用途 Application

預制分支電力電纜可在住宅樓、辦公室更多的合作機會、賓館延伸、醫(yī)院、商場等高層建筑使用服務好，而且已擴展到公路新趨勢、橋梁及隧道照明燈其它領域。預制分支電力電纜作為一種新型建筑用線共謀發展，是工廠按照用戶要求的主學習、分支電纜型號、截面聽得懂、長度及分支位置等指標應用優勢，經(jīng)過專業(yè)的一系列設備、生產流水線將其完成的帶分支的電纜全方位。

The prefad branch electrical power cable can be wildly applied to the tall buildings:dwelling house buildings,office buildings,guesthouses,hospital markets and so on,but also has expanded to the other realm:highway,bridge and tunnel illumination and so on.As a new type of building cable,prefad branch cables are produced according to the targets of consumer’s demands:type of the main and the branch cable,cross section,length and branch position,they are finished on the assembly line in the factory where the worker use a series of special purpose equipments .

產品特性 Product features

(1)絕緣電阻≥200MΩ   Insulation resistance ≥200MΩ.

(2)絕緣耐壓≥3.5KV   Insulation withstａnd voltage ≥350KV.

(3)良好的氣密性與防水性高效節能，即將分支接頭浸入水中，在水與電芯之間測量絕緣電阻和工頻耐壓均符合(1)(2)要求先進技術。

Excellent air tightness and water proofing quality.When immerge branch joint water,measured insulation resistance between water and cable core,ａnd power frequency withstａnd voltage meet the requirement of items (1)(2).

(4)分支接頭的接觸電阻小培訓，接觸電阻與等長的分支線的基準電阻之比≤1.2。

Little contact resistance of branch joint.The ratio vatio value of contact resistnce vs reference resistance of equal length branch line is equal to less than 1.2.

(5)ZA型阻燃預制分支電纜宣講手段，護套的自烯時間≤1.2s重要工具，符合GB/T 18380.3-2008的要求。

For ZA type flame-retardant prefabricated branch cable,self extinguishing time of jacket is equal to or less than 12s and meets GB/T 18380.3-2008.

(6)NH耐火型電纜除了能正常的工作條件下供電外配套設備，還能在燃燒的情況下更優質，保持90min的正常運行，符合GB/T 12666.3-2008的要求對外開放。

Besiddes power supply in normal workingcondition,fire-resistant type calbe can remain normal operation for 90min under burning condition and meets GB/T 12666.6-2008 .

(7)WDZA技術創新、WDNH清潔型預制分支電纜具有低煙、低毒資料、無鹵廣泛應用、耐火、阻燃等性能橫向協同。

(8)VV型電纜的長期允許溫度為70℃，YJV型點纜的長期允許溫度為90℃，YJV型預制分支電纜具有熱穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性充足。
