■新一代的紅外線試樣機(jī)大局，采用紅外線加熱來達(dá)成試染目的，而不使用傳統(tǒng)的甘油作熱媒邁出了重要的一步。因此干凈、無油煙設施，創(chuàng)良好工作環(huán)境需求。
■采用紅外線加熱，加熱速度快．溫度追隨性佳組合運用，能使染液各處均勻升溫．可做恒溫及升溫打色更讓我明白了，從而解決了傳統(tǒng)樣機(jī)因染液溫差產(chǎn)生的色花問題。
■模擬現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)積極，提高符樣率探索。
■采用高精度、高靈敏進(jìn)口溫度探針產業，直接檢測染液溫度滿意度，升溫迅速準(zhǔn)確，控溫精度可達(dá)±0 5℃以上可持續，能滿足用戶更高要求主要抓手。
■具有正反轉(zhuǎn)動功能，使杯內(nèi)液體來回波動服務，上色率更均勻很重要，適合各種原料染色。
■風(fēng)冷冷卻裝置覆蓋，冷卻速度更快異常狀況。
