InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀的原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH紅外分析儀是基于快速測(cè)定水和土壤樣品中總油脂（TOG）和總石油烴（TPH）濃度的紅外光譜方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比爾定律統籌推進。即用一束強(qiáng)度為I0的特征紅外光照射樣品方案，由于油脂對(duì)特征紅外光產(chǎn)生吸收，透射光強(qiáng)度會(huì)減弱為I了解情況，樣品對(duì)特征紅外光的吸光度則為A=lg I0/I深入。根據(jù)光吸收的朗伯-比爾定律技術研究，吸光度與樣品中油脂濃度（C）的關(guān)系為A=abC，其中a為吸光系數(shù)大面積，b為樣品池厚度積極參與，即樣品的吸光度與油脂濃度成正比。通常廠家出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)用一組溶度已知的待測(cè)樣品建立了標(biāo)定體系培養，用戶可以得知吸光度與油脂濃度的關(guān)系式交流研討，根據(jù)該關(guān)系式和被測(cè)樣品的吸光度，可以求出被測(cè)樣品中的油脂濃度形式。
