       WM-ME 3D測量軟件主要功能如下: WM - ME 3 d measurement software main functions are as follows:

(1) 元素測量：measuring element:

    能測量12種元素（點、直線深刻變革、圓組合運用、圓弧更讓我明白了、橢圓、矩形積極、槽形探索、○形環(huán)、距離產業、角度滿意度、開云線,閉云線）。Can measure the 12 kinds of elements, such as point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, trough, o-rings, distance, Angle and open cloud line, closed cloud line).

特點：Features:

測量方法多樣（自動判別測量能力建設、采點測量﹐對比測量模樣、公差對比測量。預置元素）服務，可以滿足用戶不同需求很重要，大大提高使用的方便性和測量精度。Measurement method variety (automatic discriminant, mining point measurement, comparison, tolerance contrast measurement. Preset element), can satisfy differentcustomers' needs, greatly improve the ease of use and measuring precision.

單點采集方法有多種﹕可鼠標采點,十字線尋邊采點,放大采點覆蓋。There are many single point sampling method: the mouse point, cross line edge point, amplified by points.

能測量閉合云線的周長異常狀況，面積及重心，使用三次插值算法，為目前最準測量云線的方法應用創新。Closed to measure the perimeter of the cloud line, area and center of gravity, the use ofthree interpolation algorithm, for the most accurate measuring method of cloud line.

 可以進行框選測量多圓提高，快速，準確的一次測量多個圓的特性。Can undertake box to choose measurement more round, fast and accuratemeasurement of multiple round at a time.

 測量的數據可以保存為DXF檔交流，或.BMP圖片，及用戶程序格式提供堅實支撐。The measured data can be saved as a DXF file, or. BMP images, and the user programformat.

(2)  宏測量功能the macro measurement function

     宏測量功能就是還不大，將一些測量，構造命令關聯到一個按鈕上簡單化。點擊按鈕力度，即開始執(zhí)行宏測量功能，宏測量功能會自動完成構造動作系統性，減少用戶操作鼠標次數勇探新路，提高工作效率。Macro measurement function is that will be some measure, commａnd associated witha button. Click on the buttonthat starts the macro measurement function, macro measurement function automatically completes the tectonic movement, decrease the times of user mouse operation and improve the work efficiency.

要注意的是：宏測量不同于用戶程序功能傳遞，宏測量不會記錄光源試驗，座標位置等測量狀態(tài)。運行宏測量功能時開展攻關合作，也不會移動工作臺製度保障，打光等。軟件提供了16組宏測量功能的有效手段，用戶可以自己編輯宏測量功能按鈕的圖標統籌推進。宏測量功能的界面如下: Note: macro measurement is different from the user program function, macro measuredoes not record source, coordinate position measurement condition, etc. Run themacro function, also do not move the workbench, polishing, etc. 16 software provides aset of macro measure function, the user can edit the macro measurement functionbutton icon. (3)  自動捕捉測量 Automatic capture measurement

點擊，然后用鼠標圓圈去套住工件的邊緣關鍵技術，即可自動尋邊得到線的必然要求，圓或者弧.如下圖,會自動框住圓. Click, and then use the mouse to circle to the edge of the workpiece, can automatically find edgeline, circle or arc. The following figure, will automatically be framed round.

(4)  元素構造：element structure:

元素構造功能強大。MEGA 2D元素構造提供10種構造法（【平移】取得了一定進展、【旋轉】完善好、【提取】、【組合】積極參與、【平行】問題分析、【垂直】、【鏡像】交流研討、【對稱】更加完善、【相交】、【相切】）構造幾何元素建設應用。MEGA 2D元素構造使得用戶輕松應付一些難以測量的元素支撐作用，從而提高工作效率信息。Elements to construct powerful.  (5) 自動對焦功能Autofocus function

提供精準對焦和快速對焦功能,可以通過對焦測量高度值，或通過自動對焦得到當前的點座標大力發展。Provide a precise focus and shooting function and through measuring height value focus, or thecurrent is obtained by af point coordinates.

(6) 輔助調光Auxiliary dimmer

    調光指示器,會指示用戶什么時候光強﹐避免了因打光所帶來的測量誤差﹐提高了測量精度和測量效率。That move light indicator, instructs the user when is the best time to light intensity, avoid themeasurement error brought by the due to the lighting, improve the measuring accuracy andmeasuring efficiency.

(7) 圖形功能：Graphics functions:

    有完善的圖形處理和顯示功能（縮放生產效率、平移產能提升、視窗顯示、局部放大節點、全屏顯示）通過活化，使測量結果變得更加形象、直觀的特點，便于用戶操作健康發展。滾動鼠標中鍵，放大縮小圖形大數據，按住中鍵不放移動鼠標長效機製，則移動圖形。Have perfect image processing and display function (local amplification, scaling, translation, window display, full screen), makes the measurement more image, intuitive, easy to user operation. Rolling middle mouse button, zoom in on graphics, hold key notto put in the moving the mouse, the mobile graphics.

(8) 標注功能：Tagging function:

    能直接在繪圖區(qū)及影像區(qū)的元素圖形上標注角度數字技術、距離奮戰不懈、X方向距離、Y方向距離措施、圓（淮蟠罂s短。┌霃健A（粚崿F。┲睆讲蝗莺鲆?、弧長。使用戶一目了然服務體系。Can directly in the plot and the elements of the image graphics on the Angle,distance, distance of X direction and Y direction distance and radius of circle (arc),round (arc) diameter, arc length. The user be clear at a glance.

影像窗口與畫圖窗口可以同步顯示測量的元素和標注說服力。可以隱藏影像窗口的繪制的圖形問題，可以同步刪除逐漸顯現，選擇影像窗口和2D圖形窗口的圖形元素。下圖為標注兩圓的X方向與Y方向距離系統穩定性，及圓的半徑Image window and drawing window can synchronize display measurementelements and annotations. Images can be hidden window drawing graphics, cansynchronize to delete, select image window and 2 d graphics window graphic elements.Below to indicate two round X direction and Y direction distance, and the radius of thecircle.

(9) 公差Tolerance

    完善的尺寸公差計算能力拓展基地。可設置默認的公差帶Improve the dimensional tolerance of computing power. Can set the defaulttolerance zone.

    符合國標的形位公差計算能力實力增強，能計算形狀公差體系流動性，真直度，圓帶來全新智能、弧的真圓度實現了超越。Conform to the national standard of the form tolerance capacity, can calculate theshape tolerance, really straight degree, circle, arc roundness.

位置公差計算包含位置度新產品、平行度、垂直度橋梁作用、傾斜度及同心度﹐對稱度長遠所需。超差能自動報警，并以紅色警示讓人糾結。

 Position tolerance calculation contains position degree, parallel degree, verticaldegree, slope and concentricity, degree of symmetry. Out-of-tolerancealarmautomatically, and with red warning.

(10) DXF檔導入導入編程DXF file import programming

     導入DXF檔后規模，軟件會提示用戶一步一步操作，當建立好工件座標系后基石之一，則DXF檔導入產生用戶程式完成聯動。軟件會自動產生名元素的名義值。當運行用戶程式時共同努力，將產生DXF檔與影像貼圖對比行業內卷。After importing the DXF file, the software will prompt the user operation step by step, when establishtheworkpiece coordinate system, the DXF file user program to complete the import. The softwarewill automatically generate value in the name of the element name. When running a user program, will produce DXF file and image texture contrast.

 (11) 報表功能Reporting features

測量數據可以導出到Excel、Word,AutoCAD,TXT中逐漸完善。Measurement data can be exported to Excel, Word,AutoCAD, TXT.

運行用戶程序時參與能力，可將數據按行或列方式導入到Excel中。When running the user program, but will import data in rows or columns way to Excel.

導入到報表中時是目前主流，可選擇是否導出圖形和位圖研究。Import to the report, they can choose whether to export the graphics and bitmap.

下圖是同一個工件圖片，測量五次后鍛造，自動導出到Excel中的報表Pictures, below is the same workpiece measurement after five times, automatic export to Excel inthe report.

(12)在線SPC功能Online SPC functions

      MEGA 2D提供獨立的,專業(yè)的SPC軟件﹐進行測量數據的后續(xù)處理MEGA 2 d provide independent, professional SPC software, for subsequentprocessing of measured data.

測量軟件與SPC軟件無縫連接﹐測量軟件完成測量后,自動將數據導入到SPC數據庫﹐不需要人工再輸入﹐所有的管制界限的設置全部在測量軟件中完成﹐SPC軟件無需再設置﹐從而大大提高效率競爭激烈。SPC提供制程用和分析用管制圖。提供的管制圖有：平均數全距管制圖改善，平均數標準差管制圖空白區，中位數全距管制圖，個別值與移動平均值管制圖信息化，直方圖形勢，cpk推移圖，規(guī)格標準差管制圖取得明顯成效，制程標準差管制圖約定管轄，標準差比較圖，制程建議分析圖等創新的技術。對生成的圖形可以利用八大判定規(guī)則進行判定發揮。其圖表及數據可打印及導入到Excel中。Software and SPC software seamless connection, measurement software aftercompletion of measurement data imported into the SPC database automatically, without human input again, all the control limits set was done in measuring software, noneed to set the SPC software, thus greatly improve theefficiency. SPC providesprocess and analysis with the control charts. Provide control charts are: average rangecontrol chart, the average standard deviation control charts, the median range controlchart, individual values and moving average control chart, histogram, CPK graph,specification standard deviation control charts, the process standard deviation controlcharts, standard deviation comparison chart, process suggested analysis diagram, etc. To generate graphics can use eight decision rules for decision. Their charts and datacan be printed and imported into Excel.

1. 交貨與安裝調試Delivery and Debugging

該儀器到達甲方儀器安裝地點后提供了有力支撐，甲方應立即通知我司激發創作。我方將在和甲方協(xié)商的日期內到達用戶所在地安裝，甲方儀器使用人員需提供必要的協(xié)助進一步意見。

Once the goods arrives in the fitting place,the Buyers should inform the Seller.We will arrive in the Buyer’s location to fit it before the agreed date.The Buyers should provide necessary assistance.

安裝工作一般在一天內完成增幅最大，包含機臺及各零件定位、機臺調水平生產能力、三軸復原研究成果、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測試等完善好。

The fitting work should be finished within one day,including positioning the main body and its accessory,leveling the body,recovering three axis ,locating the CCD ,checking the connections and testing the function circuit.

調試工作一般在一天內完成，包含檢驗精度等積極參與。

The adjusting work is generally finished within one day,including precision correction.

2. 培訓Training：

培訓地點：在甲方指點所在地問題分析。

Training place：The Buyers’ appointed position.

培訓人數：在儀器安裝驗收之后，由乙方安裝工程師對用戶1-2人進行操作培訓（受訓人員應具有基本的測量常識和電腦知識）交流研討。

Quantity of trainee:after the fitting and acceptance of the goods ,the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers(the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring and computer).

培訓內容：包含機臺操作使用培訓和測量軟件培訓導向作用，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。

Content of training:operate the machine and the measuring software till the trainee can master the basic skills by themselves.

二應用的選擇、 保修期內售后服務After service within guarantee

1． 自安裝十大行動、調試、培訓完成日起一年內為產品的保修期背景下。保修期內綜合措施，在正常使用條件下，若發(fā)生任何因產品本件或組件（含機臺自然條件、電控系統(tǒng)設計標準、鏡頭、CCD互動互補、軟件）損壞引發(fā)的故障發揮重要帶動作用，本公司免費為客戶做修換服務。

The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of fitting debugging and training.During this period,any malfunction of product or accessory(includebody,electricbody,electriccontroller,lens,CCD,software)will berepaired or replaced by the Sellers for free only under proper use.

2.保修期內測量軟件免費升級意料之外。

During the guarantee,the software will be updated for free.

3. 接到客戶報修通知文化價值，本公司承諾在一個工作日內回復并提出解決方案。如需現場解決置之不顧，3個工作日內到達現場不斷完善。

Wang min promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair.If on site solution is needed, Wang min will arrive there within 3days.

   4.在保修期內，由于如下原因導致產品故障方便，本公司需酌情收取成本費用營造一處。

Within the guarantee ,our company will claim charge of cost if malfunction or damage is caused by follows:

(1) 在本公司指定維修站外進行修理、搬運引起的故障和損壞知識和技能。

The product is not repaired and carried in the Sellers’s appointed station.

(2) 人為因素操作不當而造成的故障和損壞取得顯著成效。

User’s improper operation.

(3) 自行改裝或私自拆機而造成的故障和損壞新模式。

Private refitting or dismantling.

(4) 由于天災。地震不容忽視、火災或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞組織了。

Force majeure like earthquake,fire etc.

(5) 使用非本公司指定的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。
