自然堆積密度計(jì)依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 16913.3-1997   GB/T16913-2008的規(guī)定設(shè)計(jì)體系、生產(chǎn)保障性。本裝置適用于粉塵堆積密度的測定。試樣的采集請參考GB/T 16913.1-1997 粉塵物理實(shí)驗(yàn)方法第1部分：試樣粉塵的采集中的相關(guān)規(guī)定責任製。
原理
粉塵從漏斗口在一定高度自由落下充滿量筒十分落實；測定松裝狀態(tài)下量筒內(nèi)單位體積粉塵的質(zhì)量，即粉塵堆積密度規則製定。
儀器結(jié)構(gòu)
1製造業、漏斗(流出口直徑12.7 )
漏斗不銹鋼材料制成，其中漏斗錐度為60°±0.5°關規定。
2發展基礎、測量架
不銹鋼材質(zhì)，用于在粉塵裝入漏斗時(shí)防止粉塵下落建強保護。
3同期、天平（客戶自備）
稱量300g；精度0.01g真正做到。
4科普活動、量筒
本裝置配備一只容積為100ml的不銹鋼量筒，量筒內(nèi)徑為Φ39mm強化意識。
5長期間、刮板
不銹鋼材質(zhì)，用于在粉塵裝入漏斗時(shí)去除多余的粉塵機製。

Principle

The structure of the instrument

The funnel made of stainless steel material, wherein the funnel taper is 60 degrees plus or minus 0.5 degrees.
