產(chǎn)品介紹

TCCAGE 是一款光學機械系統(tǒng)，無需旋轉(zhuǎn)即可從側面檢測及測量部件多元化服務體系。雙遠心鏡頭可通過反光鏡陣列提供物體的四個正交視圖新的力量。

每個視圖相對于相鄰視圖的夾角正好為 90°；這種光學布局可確保物體側面被覆蓋到更多可能性。

此外去創新，遠心成像機制使系統(tǒng)可用于偏心工件足夠的實力，因此適于測量應用。如果物體的部分特征從頂部無法觀察結構，而且必須要從不同的側面對其進行檢測和測量更適合，那么 TCCAGE 將是的解決方案。

系統(tǒng)中內(nèi)置了兩種不同的照明設備溝通協調，可提供背光或直射光工件照明要素配置改革。
