PRODUCT FEATURES

    HiScope is a Low cost sampling oscilloscope primarily intended for characterization of fiber optics transceivers in volume manufacturing. It features optical input port and trigger input, with option to provide additional AC coupled electrical input. 

· Support 50G Electrical and 32G Optical.

· Customer pre defined electrical fiters configuration help customer to reduce cost.

· Good correlation with Agilent Scope

· Could use Agilent mask file to do Mask margin measurement directly

· Compact and easy to use

APPLICATIONS

· Testing of optical transceiver modules (QSFP+, CFP, CXP), transponders, line-cards, and subsystems

· Testing of active optical cables, RF cables

· Testing of opto-electronic components and devices (TOSA, ROSA, lasers, etc…)
