說明：CellG5檢測試劑盒用于檢測纖維素內(nèi)切酶（1,4 -β-葡聚糖內(nèi)切酶）包含兩種組分：1) 4,6-O-(3-Ketobutylidene)-4-nitrophenyl-β-D-cellopentaoside (BPNPG5) 和 2)熱穩(wěn)定的β-葡萄糖苷酶重要手段。 酮阻斷基團可阻止β-葡萄糖苷酶對BPNPG5的水解互動講。通過纖維素內(nèi)切酶的培養(yǎng)可生成非阻斷的顯色寡糖，被β-葡萄糖苷酶迅速水解像一棵樹。產(chǎn)生4-硝基*的速率與β-葡萄糖苷酶水解BPNPG5直接相關(guān)過程中。加入Tris緩沖液(pH 9.0)后可終止反應(yīng)，并形成*顯色產(chǎn)物能運用。
