足底測(cè)痛儀 (Hargreaves方法)可使研究人員識(shí)別藥物作用下，無(wú)束縛大鼠對(duì)外部熱刺激的反應(yīng)． 此系統(tǒng)包括：

• 玻璃板面能力和水平，上面固定著放置小鼠的圍箱

將小鼠放置在三隔圍箱中的一隔中服務好，適應(yīng)環(huán)境后深入，將紅外光源放在玻璃板下面供給，由操作員直接將其安置在小鼠的后爪之下.調(diào)節(jié)紅外發(fā)生器上的按鍵,試驗(yàn)即開(kāi)始,并開(kāi)始數(shù)字固態(tài)計(jì)時(shí). 當(dāng)小鼠感覺(jué)到疼痛,便會(huì)收回爪子.爪子收回會(huì)導(dǎo)致發(fā)熱反射突然下降,同時(shí)切斷紅外光源,反應(yīng)計(jì)時(shí)器停止計(jì)時(shí). 撤回反應(yīng)時(shí)間幾乎可以計(jì)算到0.1秒.當(dāng)需要進(jìn)行許多小鼠的試驗(yàn)時(shí),3個(gè)閣子同時(shí)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),可以提高效率. 每一個(gè)閣子中的小鼠都是無(wú)束縛的. 可通過(guò)選配Heat-Flux紅外放射計(jì) 37300 進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn).
