ATP3330和ATP5330是奧譜天成新開發(fā)的一款超薄生產能力、制冷型、超高分辨率微型光譜儀示範推廣,ATP3330和ATP5330是基于奧譜天成自主研發(fā)的M型光路結(jié)構(gòu)堅持好,具有非凡的超高分辨率;同時(shí)持續向好,它采用制冷的2048或4096像素線陣探測器習慣,達(dá)到了的超高分辨率,分辨率可達(dá)0.05nm進展情況,適用于各種高分辨率應(yīng)用場合的積極性,同時(shí)具備高可靠性、超高速至關重要、低成本不久前、高性價(jià)比等特性,可適應(yīng)在線測試等各種環(huán)境用途的微型光譜儀提升行動。
ATP3330為非制冷的能力建設,ATP5330則采用TEC電制冷,制冷溫度-5℃研究進展,大大降低了光譜儀的暗電流和噪聲無障礙,提高了光譜儀的動態(tài)范圍和信噪比,同時(shí)提高了光譜儀的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性快速融入。ATP5330P則采用制冷背照式CCD認為,信噪比更優(yōu)。
ATP3330和ATP5330可接收SMA905光纖輸入光或者自由空間光增強,通過USB2.0或者UART端口重要意義,輸出測量所得的光譜數(shù)據(jù)。
ATP3330只需要一個(gè)5V直流電源供電或直接從USB接口取電更加廣闊,非常便于集成使用規劃。ATP5330則需要額外的5V電源。
