根據(jù) Randall-Selitto 法將藥物添加在小實(shí)驗(yàn)動物的炎癥足上。Randall-Selitto 測痛儀測量單元具有壓力傳感器并通過液晶屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示測量參數(shù)規模設備。壓力施加器一端為彈性的尖形探頭另一端平坦多種方式。使用時(shí)將動物足部放入壓力施加器中間對準(zhǔn)探頭施加壓力。逐步提高作用于動物爪子上的機(jī)械壓力逼近動物的疼痛閾限當(dāng)動物出現(xiàn)縮足反應(yīng)時(shí)儀器自動測量并記錄大壓力信號以g為單位技術創新。
與熱痛不同該儀器用于機(jī)械壓痛和鈍痛的痛覺測量常用于辨別左右爪不同的痛覺反應(yīng)深入交流研討。

Rodent Pincher allows researchers to measure and test pain threshold in a simple, accurate method when measuring pain nociception.
The system can be used on mice or rats and will measure and display in grams the amount of force that has been applied to the animals paw.
Accuracy is .01 grams, no calibration needed.
