濾芯過(guò)濾器完整性測(cè)試儀 氣泡點(diǎn)法 測(cè)試原理
當(dāng)多孔膜材料被合適的浸潤(rùn)液*濕潤(rùn)后非常激烈，由于液體的表面張力和相應(yīng)毛細(xì)管張力的作用競爭力所在， 浸潤(rùn)液充滿膜孔并駐留在孔中引人註目。在濾材的兩側(cè)加上氣體壓差領域，要克服毛細(xì)管壓力將孔道中的液體 趕走而冒出氣泡，氣體的壓差必須增大到某一值ΔP好宣講，這個(gè)壓差值就稱為氣泡點(diǎn)註入新的動力，其計(jì)算公式如 式 1。式 1 表明，孔徑愈小雙重提升，氣泡點(diǎn)愈高，因此可以用氣泡點(diǎn)來(lái)檢測(cè)過(guò)濾器的性能品牌。

1、該儀器應(yīng)保存于清潔智慧與合力、干燥喜愛、常溫、無(wú)振動(dòng)處開放要求，高溫向好態勢、潮濕、灰塵會(huì)使電子線路腐蝕迎來新的篇章，電子期間老化共創美好，影響儀器的正常工作，縮短儀器的使用壽命薄弱點。The instrument should be kept in clean, dry, normal temperature and no vibration. High temperature, humidity and dust will cause corrosion of electronic circuit, aging in the electronic period, affect the normal work of the instrument and shorten the service life of the instrument.
2覆蓋範圍、測(cè)試用接管優化程度、接插件等暫時(shí)不用時(shí)應(yīng)存放于清潔的塑料袋中，以免被污染奮勇向前。When the test takes over, connectors and so on should be stored in a clean plastic bag temporarily, so as not to be contaminated.
3不斷豐富、不要試圖拆開(kāi)儀器，非專業(yè)人員對(duì)儀器的處理會(huì)損壞儀器組建。 Do not attempt to disassemble the instrument. The disposal of the instrument by the non professional personnel will damage the instrument.
4各有優勢、不要用烈性化學(xué)制品、洗滌劑或清洗劑清洗儀器重要的意義。用蘸少許中性肥皂水的軟布擦拭機(jī)箱持續。Do not use strong chemicals, detergents or cleaning agents to clean instruments. Wipe the chassis with soft cloth dipped in a little neutral soapy water.
