　　3產業、​ 投標(biāo)人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

 

　　1)投標(biāo)人在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)外注冊(cè)且具有獨(dú)立的法人資格，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家情況較常見；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers;

 

　　2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對(duì)本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目出具的獨(dú)家授權(quán)書可持續；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;

 

　　3)具有招標(biāo)文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力；

 

　　3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;

 

　　4）參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前3年內(nèi)體製，投標(biāo)人在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒有違法記錄構建，無利用不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段騙取中標(biāo)，無行賄犯罪記錄服務延伸；

 

　　4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;

 

　　5) 預(yù)算金額：500萬元人民幣共創輝煌。預(yù)算包含設(shè)備交付使用前的一切相關(guān)費(fèi)用，投標(biāo)單位的投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)須充分考慮包括設(shè)備本身費(fèi)用以及相伴隨的外貿(mào)進(jìn)口等費(fèi)用,同時(shí)須充分考慮匯率波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等可能導(dǎo)致超預(yù)算的因素）進一步。

 

　　5）Project budget contains all the costs associated with the equipment before delivery, the tenderer's tender offer shall give full consideration to include the device itself cost and accompanied by the foreign trade import cost, at the same time, must fully consider the risk of currency fluctuations and other factors may lead to over budget.

　　招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)：每套售價(jià): 500元人民幣攜手共進，或 90 美元，中國(guó)境內(nèi)郵購(gòu)另加郵資 60 元人民幣，中國(guó)境外郵購(gòu)另加郵資 60 美元經過，售后不退簡單化。
