　　3、  投標人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

　　1)投標人在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外注冊且具有獨立的法人資格技術節能，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家指導；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers;

　　2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標項目出具的獨家授權(quán)書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;

　　3)具有招標文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力國際要求；

　　3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;

　　4）參加本次招標活動前3年內(nèi)流動性，投標人在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標競爭激烈，無行賄犯罪記錄持續創新；
