　　寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)擬尋找一個供應(yīng)商來供應(yīng)250KN在此基礎上，適用于復(fù)合材料的動態(tài)疲勞測試系統(tǒng)充分發揮。
　　
　　The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is looking to appoint a supplier to provide 250KN, Dynamic Fatigue Test System for composites.
　　
　　三深度、 投標(biāo)人資格要求 Bidder qualification requirements
　　
　　3.1投標(biāo)人必須自2014年1月1日以來承接過本項目設(shè)備的成功案例。
　　
　　Bidder shall have successful supply experience for equipment under this project since January 1 st , 2014.
　　
　　3.2投標(biāo)人 須具備有英文交流溝通能力的客戶管理團隊負責(zé)本次的合約提升、商業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略要求研究成果。
　　
　　Bidder shall have its English speaking account management team responsible for the contractual, commercial and strategic elements of the account.
　　
　　四、 招標(biāo)文件的獲取與投標(biāo)文件的遞交
　　
　　4.1.1實現了超越、標(biāo)書售價為每份500元人民幣新產品，招標(biāo)文件售后不退。
